I worked in Social security corporation-SSC, in 2018 -2020 and until now, as a payables accountant, I was responsible for all of the accounting and financial issues regarding suppliers accounts and maintaining suppliers account statements, recording payments and invoices, including recording journal entries for the daily transactions, preparing general ledger and trial balance for accounts, preparing monthly closing entries, preparing bank reconciliations, handling suppliers reconciliations of account statement, this is besides handling the overall Accounts payables cycle, in addition to updating assets and depreciation accounts, and preparing financial statements, including the income statement, statement of financial position and cashflow statement, Budgeting reports and required financial reports for SSC Corporation.
I worked as a part time senior accountant, in Raya FM Media network, during 2019 and 2020, I was responsible for the following:
Reviewing and recording all accounting transactions, Preparing reconciliations with various customers and suppliers, Preparing payments by verifying documentation, Preparing monthly bank reconciliations, providing regular financial reports as and when they are needed, producing and analyzing annual and monthly accounts, Assisting with the preparation of the annual budgets, Maintaining proper filing of all documents and vouchers, this is besides preparing the monthly financial reports and statements, including the income statement, Balance sheet, Cashflow statement, and the change in assets and equity statements, this is in addition to reviewing the overall accounting cycle and following up with all the accounting issues in the department.
I Worked In PUHC -Palestinian union housing cooperation, an NGO Project funded by WE EFFECT, from 2016 to 2018, As an accountant and financial manager assistant, the project aims to support the growth of cooperative housing associations that are self-managed. The cooperative housing model requires active participation of the members in the construction and maintenance of buildings and also in the management of the housing cooperative itself.
I was the project accountant and financial manager assistant, I handled the accounting and financial management issues for the housing cooperation projects of PUHC, That Were financed from We Effect International NGO In Ramallah. my work includes preparing the financial statements, entering the transactions, preparing the financial reports, the financial analysis, cash flows of the project, and project evaluation, recording the daily transactions, the revenues and expenses of the project and the Bank Reconciliations, and following up the accounting process, preparing the general journal, general ledger, trial balance, adjusting and closing entries, and financial statements of the project.
I Worked in Fanarsoft software company in Ramallah in 2015, as a Receivables Officer and a sales accountant, I handled and followed up customers accounts and the collection process, besides managing the receivables of Freight Forwarding software of Logitude, this is besides handling the Customers technical support and Quality Assurance issues with the Customers of Logitude freight forwarding system, as I was responsible for collecting The Receivables from customers, Issuing payments, and managing receivables on the Accounting system, this is besides the other accounting tasks required, preparing accounting entries, agreements, bills, the bank reconciliations, and following up the company’s accounts in banks, recording all the expenses and revenues of the sales process, preparing financial statements and management’s financial reports, managing petty cash, and following up the whole accounting process, recording, preparing general journal, general ledger, the trial balance and all of the adjusting and closing entries, also I was responsible for Maintaining general accounting system, directing bookkeeping activities including recording disbursements, expenses and Revenue recognition.
I Worked in Experts Turnkey Solutions, a Software company in Ramallah, that works on Developing Software and Programs, and Creating Solutions for the Programming Problems in 2013-2014, As an accountant and receivables officer, I handled All of the Tasks required from me as an accountant, that followed up the credits with the customers, and the collection process for the sales of the software, and all of the accounting issues and accounting issues for the company, such as preparing the financial statements, entering the daily accounting transactions, preparing the general ledger and general journal, following up the revenues, expenses, invoices of purchases and suppliers, and preparing bank reconciliations, also I was Responsible for the maintenance and administration of the company’s accounts including upkeep of the general ledger, consolidation of financial records, and submission of accurate and timely data for financial reporting purposes, also I was Responsible for subordinate accounting functions such as AP, AR, and GL.
I graduated from al-Quds university with a masters degree in MBA with concentration in accounting and finance.
