I attended a training program in Oman Airport Management Company. I was trained at the HR Department particularly in learning and developing center. First of all I was introduced to the filing system in the department. This system includes a number of files that contain different types of training programs such as awareness training, oversees training and on the job training. My duty was to create the absence sheet for in house training programs during that period and record any bells or fund that are done in the center.
Another thing is, I worked on scheduling number of in-house training programs this was done by setting the time of each course, for instance, when should it start and when its end or for how many days it should be held. Moreover, I worked on entering the performance appraisal survey data into the system. Also, I translated the one which was in Arabic
Finally, I worked on settling the organization whole structure by entering the number of employees in each department, their number of shifts and their rank.
