 Plan and assign tasks for Quality Engineering team
 Review project requirements, design, and all related testing documents
 Design the system test cases & execute them
 Manage the testing phase to ensure its quality.
 Review test plan & test cases implemented by Quality Engineers.
 Support Project Leaders in tracking different measurable aspects in the project.
 Report project quality status to Project Leader.
 Monitor bug fixing & bug closure rates
 Conduct load testing using web performance trainer tool
 Manage projects' testing estimates
 Ensure conformance with quality assurance processes within projects
 Coach and support team members in technical issues, challenges, and problems, help them with their career paths & giving them regular feedback on their work
 Delegate projects' management to Senior QEs to develop their managerial skills.
 Contributing to the development of the Quality Department \[Usability Subject Matter Expert \]
 Agile experience:
 Project Initiation: Estimate user stories, Identify Release user stories, Add acceptance test cases, Divide user stories into iterations, Revisit user stories description,
 Iteration Development:
­ Write acceptance test cases for any newly added stories in the iteration
­ Conduct acceptance testing of stories
­ Create detailed test cases of stories from previous iteration and then test cases peer review is done and issues are fixed on the spot.
­ Conduct deep testing of stories from the previous iteration & conducts regression testing.
