My main responsibilities:
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
- Acting as the link between the client & our agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Preparing full marketing researches for either the product being presented or the activity needed by the client.
- Making sure work meets the determined deadlines.
- Presenting new & creative campaigns’ ideas.
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of the different campaigns. Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.
- Acting as the link between the client and the suppliers
- Undertaking administration tasks.
- Writing clients’ reports.
- Making ‘pitches’ along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.
- Manage and organize on events.
- Organize events facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
- Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event.
- Attending events and networking.
Responsible for :
Communicating with existing clients daily.
Working with account manager to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
Making sure deadlines are met.
Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress to account manager.
Making calls to arrange meetings with potential customers
