•Support the risk and control owners in identifying anomalies in
control effectiveness
•identify trends to anticipate future development in risk and control
environment
•Advise control owners on the design and implementation of control
monitoring to fit its purpose
•perform testing plan and highlight issues and areas of
improvement
•provide training and awareness to risk owners and control owners
•Produce accurate reports to business forums on risks profile and
any sata quality issues which
do not comply with policy requirements
• Undertake assurance review on all risk policies and procedures
•Establish key indicators
•Risk and control assessment management processes annually
Analysing noncompliance patterns and support the drafting of impact on level of risk of information security program.
• Maintaining the KPI of Governance units TAHAKOM Departments cooperating with CPM team
• Ensuring continuously that controls are in compliance with data protection, privacy and security requirements
• Conduct periodical information security Audits and support the development of report to be raised to higher management
• Develop information Security Awareness and training program for all employees.
• review All relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and ensure the work is controlled with consistent manner
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, cost reduction and productivity.
Ensuring the smooth running of basic banking transactions. • Looking after the short term and long-term funding requirements of business clients and individual customers. • Advising clients on mortgages and raising loans. • Building relationships with high-net-worth individuals. • Answering any financial and banking queries. • Contributing towards policy making. • Maintaining a professional image at all times. • Working closely with Large sized businesses. • Managing and monitoring the performance of bank employees. • Handling customer queries face to face, over the phone or via correspondence.
Creating monthly/weekly Credit Reports
• Manage the quarterly settlements.
• Preparing proposal documents, customers statistics and profitability.
• Creating Trade summery sheets, scorecards.
• Follow-up with the front office to provide the updated documents.
