· Manage the NBK Balanced Scorecard system for all sales channels and roles within Consumer Banking Group, including the creation of new KPIs and roles, manage KPI weight changes, staff status changes, providing system access etc.
· Solve monthly discrepancies provided by sales staff where sales may not be counted in their BSC
· Create and circulate the monthly performance dashboard per channel and segment and host and present the monthly Dashboard discussion meeting between all Sales Channel Heads and required Product Heads.
· Provide all needed regular daily/weekly/ monthly and ad hoc reports to management to help in controlling and motivating staff monthly achievements against set sales, service and portfolio management targets and to identify and highlight staff sales behavioral patterns.
· Create and circulate daily/weekly sales campaign results of campaigns provided by Product teams.
· Arrange monthly incentives achieved from BSC scores and sales campaigns, then coordinate with HR to ensure payment is credited to staff accounts
· Prepare all sales staff appraisal forms to include their individual full year’s BSC scores and coordinate with each staff’s direct manager to complete appraising their staff on the remaining KPIs.
· Prepare the Consumer Banking Group yearly performance bell curve
· Host and manage the yearly BSC Planning meeting between Strategy, Product Heads and Channel Heads
· Host and manage the annual top down and bottom up target setting meetings and quarterly Target Review Meetings
· Prepare the list of Annual Star Club, Back Office MVP and Collaboration Winners and create all certificates to be awarded during the CBG Annual Elite Awards

• Help in preparing the Annual Budgeting HR Expenditure and provide HR Management with needed Reports including Statistical Reports.
• Help in Data analyzing with Statistical Reports from Oracle HRMS (Basic Salaries, Housing and Other Allowances, Staff Progression History) for the HR Strategic Business Partners and to All Department's Manager.
