Executive secretary:
• Providing Clerical & Administration support to Chairman and key management.
• Maintain and assist in Scheduling for Chairman and key management
• Replying and answering incoming emails, on behalf of Chairman and key management
• Answering telephone calls in a friendly & professional manner
• Meeting & greeting all Visitors to Company office
Contracting Manager:-
• Maintain contact with our Major Hotels sales and reservation staff
• Update room rates according to Seasonal changes and special offers
• Approach new Hotels for prices and offers
• Dealing with Agents overseas & local in their enquires about prices.
Executive secretary:-
• Managing the Import & export operations on behalf of the chairman
• Providing Clerical & Administration support to Chairman and key management.
• Maintain and assist in Scheduling for Chairman and key management
• Replying and answering incoming emails, on behalf of Chairman and key management
• Answering telephone calls in a friendly & professional manner
• Meeting & greeting all Visitors to Company office
