- Ensure that gasses produced and filled comply with standards and quality control lab equipment is properly calibrated and each batch of gases is analyzed as per the procedures.
- Responsible for all filled products include medical gases quality control and batch analysis.
- Maintain quality control by regular laboratory equipment update and calibration.
- Conduct non-routine analysis if required by the customer as per sales requests.
- Conduct quality control tests on products produced from the plant and raw materials.
- Prepare industrial and medical gas mixtures as per standards and sales requests.
- Participate in the analysis and taking corrective measures in closing customer complaints.
- Visits costumer sites and performs tests for the set-up of purging jobs.
-Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed.
- Utilization of Gas Chromatography in mixtures and speciality gases.
- Perform first line checks and inform the maintenance engineer for any maintenance issue.
- Prepare in house new mixture gases as per sales request with superior’s guidelines.
- Issue certificates to customers on the product purity and impurity levels as per request.
- Daily production reports.
- Keeping update of hydro tested cylinders.
- Lead by example to observe HSE rules and regulations.
- Identify hazards and employees safety concerns, and work with HSE specialist to resolve them.
