• Functioned as the technology manager for medical equipment systems. Troubleshooting, Calibrating and maintenance
• Had responsibilities which include service contract management, data processing systems for managing the medical equipment, and coordination of service agreements and in-house operations.
• Assuring that the medical equipment is safe and effective. These functions include participation in the planning process and in the assessment of new technology, assuring regulatory compliance in the medical technology management area, investigation of incidents, and active participation in training and education of technical and medical personnel.
• Reorganise the meeting booking process, implementing an online system which all staff can access, leading to reduced diary conflicts within the team
• Diary management, typing correspondence and documents, creating presentations
• Responsibilities included:
o Open heart ICU ( Monitoring equipment, life support equipment and intra aortic balloon )
o Hybrid Cath Lab ( Philips C-arm, IVUS, Trumph operating lights and Maquet operating table all integrated system with Karl Storz OR1)

Received educational training on how to apply preventive maintenance for the hospital medical device, checking daily that the medical devices are working properly, error identification and troubleshooting medical devices also paper work for each device.
