-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
-Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
-Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
-Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
-Incorporate recruitment data analysis in report for precise decision making
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
-Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
-Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
-Managing Recruitment team's talent mail box.
-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
-Assist employer branding initiatives
-Organize internal initiatives like friend referrals and internal Academies
-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
-Determine selection criteria
-Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional
networks)
-Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person
interviews
-Onboarding new employees by sharing organizational policies, regulations and job goals.
-Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant
Tracking System
-Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
-Lead employer branding initiatives
-Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
-Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
-Assisted in recruitment outreach to prospective employees.
-Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
-Developed yearly Employee Engagement Plan, organized team and started the first employee
engagement parties for the company.
-Organized and conducted the recruitment and general HR needs of outsourcing international and
national clients (BGI Ethiopia (recruited more than 50 sales staff), Orange Middle East, IFRCS,
-Liquid Intelligent Technologies etc.)
-Keeping track on employee’s annual leave
-Reporting weekly and Monthly on the progress of internal and outsourced staff.
-Administrative tasks like Handling Admin documents,
-Support in the orientation process for internal and outsourced staff
-Proper documentation of the Internal and External staff files.
-Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services
-Supervise the upkeep of office machinery, resources, and premises.
-Make travel arrangements for office personnel.
-Preparing Extension Letters, Preparing -Employment Offer Letters, Preparing Pension documents,
-Social Affairs Report, Preparing Employment Contract
