Essential Functions:
1.Interact with departments to facilitate interviewing process; prepare necessary reservation forms; provide firm descriptive information.
2.Make all travel arrangements for on-campus and in-house interviews.
3.Design and direct in-house interview program.
4.Ensure that all appropriate correspondence is produced and that appropriate records are maintained.
5.Write and place advertisements for vacant positions.
6.Handle employment inquiries for any openings and arrange preliminary interviews, as appropriate.
7.Design and administer programs, including organizing and attending social events.
8.Update YU forms and contracts and/or any related firm materials (work with Marketing Department on recruiting-related promotional materials, including recruiting portion of firm's website).
9.Serve as firm contact with all outside organizations.
10.Understand and be familiar with current industry and market trends and philosophies.
11.Track all associates' vacation accrual and run quarterly reports.
12.Assist with selection, administration and evaluation of all staff. Plan and coordinate comprehensive semi-annual \[or as needed\] new orientation.
13.Assist Executive Director as follows:
a.Assist in event planning;
b.Assist in project-oriented tasks such as surveys, etc.
