• April 2011-may 2013: claim officer at Total Care Lebanon a 3rd party administrator. Responsible in giving approvals for patient's claims for many insurance companies ( laboratory exams/admission to hospitals) . Also responsible in auditing of OUT/ER claims and reimbursement claims

• May 2010- April 2011, Registered Nurse at AUBMC Bassil In (oncology unit) . Responsible in providing holistic care for cancer patients including chemotherapy administration, neutropenia management, blood administration, pain management, and palliative care.

• August 2009-May 2010, RN AUBMC medical surgical/oncology unit, responsible in preparing patients for operation (cardiac catheterization, polysite insertion, vascular surgeries ) providing care for post-op patients, and those with infectious diseases/various medical cases as well as providing full care for oncology patients (chemotherapy administration, palliative care, pain management, psychological support)
