Work in several projects to solve the company issues and minimize the costs.
Control the mechanism and the business operation.

Communicate with customers for FMI related issues and archive all communication in library.
Provide signed SRs based on SFDA requirements on timely manner with acceptable quality.
Draft Arabic communication letters and send it to the customer and archive in eLibrary
Control and confirm the validity of the IB list before communication to SFDA.
Send FMI tracking Metric (having number of completed jobs) in weekly basis.
Update and communicate daily the internal LCS FMI execution tracker to all stakehlders (SC/PSM/L/SDL) Update EAGM with required feedback using FMIs template and tracker.
Verify that all invoices are supported by duty approved purchase orders when required.
Verify prices, quantities and extensions against purchase order as required .
Process all account payable invoices and manual checks through the computer system.
Prepare journal entry for accrual of invoices after closing and for goods and services received but not yet
invoiced.
Prepareallwiretransfertoallinternationalsuppliersattachedwithallnecessaryapproveddocuments.
CheckallpettycashexpensesanddoproperG/Lcoding.
Month end reconciles the entire vendor invoices with purchase ledger balances and keep them ready for
payment. Prepare the monthly prepaid payments journal entry.
