• Recruitment /induction of Key staff member (Senior or expats, consultants)
• Supervising all HR main functions along with 6-team members in Head office.
• Monitoring and technical backstopping to 5 Regional offices/including field visits
• Developing HR strategic/work plan with Organizational Objectives
• Developing and reviewing HR Policies in conjunction with Afghanistan Labor Law

Looking after all main functions of HRD, Main responsibilities areas are as under;
• Recruitment: Identifying staff need, job posting on ACBAR, short listing of candidates, Conducting initial test/ interview, forwarding cases to relevant unit /Branches, issuance of appointment letters after approval from HO.
• Appraisals: Reviewing smart goals of all staff at beginning of year and appraisals sheets twice a year, accordingly prepare increment sheets at end of year for onward submission/approval to HO.
• Contract renewal: Preparation and issuance of contract renewal letters to local/Expat staff on yearly basis after final appraisals.
• HR Budget/ report: Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly Report and budget on yearly basis.
• HR Policies: Preparation and implementation of HR policies that match with Bank and local labour laws of Afghanistan.
• Trainings: Assessing training needs of staff, sending nomination with approval of unit head, making MIS / orientation for new joiners. Internship activity is also part of my job. Arrangement of in-house trainings is also a part of my duty.
• Grievance handling and conflict resolution on need basis
• Claims: Collection/reviewing of medical claims from unit and branches, process according to bank policy, loan request of employees.
• Record management Maintaining staff and HR important files/ leave balances of all staff.
• Coordination with Branches and unit to look after the grievance and various issues of employees.
• Salary: Preparing monthly salary for each unit..
• Succession Planning on yearly basis for backup and motivation of staff.
• Salary and Tax Reconciliation & submission of Forms to Ministry of finance
Working on Scientific project Sponsored by Higher Education Commission Pakistan, for OIC countries and Pakistani young Scientists.
Meeting with funding agency, preparing of proposal and project reports

Interviewing the Afghan refugees so as to ascertain the willingness of their intended return.

Verifying the refuges families via a physical check of their family composition& luggage.
Preparing the final results of the departing families.
Going out for field work to check their places.
As coordinator dealing and negotiating with students provides them each and every information about the university programs.
