My responsibilities are to listen to all our customers and provide them with the best possible resolution either on a call or chat or email as per the requirement. We walk extra miles to make our every customer a 'Happy Customer'.
I have worked with multiple event organisers at several B2B and B2C events. My responsibilities were from welcoming the guests to giving them all the details necessary. I had to comfort all the guests and provide them with everything they require during their visit. Sometimes I had to focus on the sale, and sometimes had to work as a host. I have also worked at award ceremonies and company launch program.
