• Conducted several environmental initiatives to encourage the community members to maintain a healthy environment.
• Chaired the SGPS International Students’ Affairs Standing Committee.

• Submitted a detailed sustainability report that was used as a reference to formulate the improved Strategic Plan.
• Developed a Secondary Energy Plan through the lens of environmental policy as a supplementary plan for the Kingston Community Energy Plan.
• Derived improvement strategies from countries with a proven sustainability record to map out a guiding pathway towards sustainable and energy efficient practices within the City. This included plans aimed at Greening the City’s infrastructure, redeveloping the City’s Transportation and Transit System, reducing the energy and water consumption, and improving the current waste diversion practices.
• Delivered the findings and recommendations in a timely manner and on a budget to the consultants who were commissioned to structure Kingston's Community Energy Plan.
• Drafted a comprehensive five-phase project plan using MS Project to design and construct a net zero energy house as a part of the Solar Decathlon project.
• Facilitated the retrieval of collected data by accurately documenting using the appropriate software.
• Initiated communication channels with sponsors and negotiated for the required grants, funds, and support.
Identified third-party certifiers in North America and Europe that measure, manage and publically share carbon emission reports of private companies.
• Researched and analyzed data on the geographic scopes, membership fees, reporting protocols, public disclosure methodologies and benefits of reporting with the selected companies.
• Created a sustainability report summarizing the potential opportunities and advantages of partnering with GRI and The Climate Registry.
Organized a public outreach initiative initiated by Seneca College to incorporate environmental values into the lives and careers of Seneca students, staff, and alumni.
Professionals from various fields of study were invited to discuss the critical roles the environment plays in their career and personal life.
