• Supervise execution of projects from idea to end-product

• Manage stakeholder, business owners, vendors, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements, scope, schedule, cost and quality standers
• Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.
• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
• Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

• Insurance System: the main system to handle organization operation starting from issuing policies, collect customer payment, settle amount for the insure, calculate commission, finical reports, till yearly closure

• Lead a 10+ team to develop a high scale product with high technology complaint with CMMI5,
• Lead onshore and offshore team
• Restructure and reorganize the team to maintain success delivery on time during team downsizing from 40 to 10
