I am responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting dynamic crm projects i was in 2 major projects (Resala (egypt), Al-Ghanim(Kuwait) ) and couple of small ones, i am responsible for communicating with the customer and supporting him
-Enhanced and maintained the existing ministry website
-Integrated system for the preparation and follow-up of Egypt plan
-Edited and Enhanced the middleware and the business of an existing project(IZagel)

- Developed a new Android application Vodafone Voice that can record voice send it by
e-mail and initiate a call

read the credit cards information
