1. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project phases and dependencies including from preliminary engineering drawings to final approval.

2. Visualizes shape and totality of the structure. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of each drawing to satisfy that the drawing is legible, well arranged and
completely noted so that it may be readily understood by both shop field men without any question or possible misinterpretation.
3. Makes request for information (RFI) for the clarification and additional information if
there are conflict on the given design drawing.
4. Coordinate and verify all the information that are not clear from the plans and specifications the Engineers/Approver and delegate to detailers to streamline operation and expedite the completion of the job.
5. Prepares the following: a) Anchor Bolt Plan and Details such as Bolt Details, Templates, Embed Plates and other Steel Shapes Embedded, Erection drawings.
b) Material Take-off / Advance Material List, Field Weld Details
c) Change Order Request (COR) due to design revisions.
d) Preparing Bill of Materials with specification.
e) Prepared Geometry and design sketches of connection for engineer's approval.
