Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Saudi labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

• Ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and authorities.
• Stay updated on industry norms, regulations, and labor laws.
• Oversee administrative functions, including facilities and office management.
• Approach HR and administrative challenges with a creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ensure all registration of Saudi National in all government programs and initiatives such as GOSI, TAQAT, HRDF
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and monitor the administration and government relations functions, ensuring rules and regulations are met.
• Coordinate the issuance and renewal of visas and work permits, iqamas, passports, sponsorships, vehicle documentation and other related requirements at the Labor Office and relevant government entities.
• Prepare written documents for departments as requested, in order to complete affairs at Chambers of Commerce and other relevant entities related to identification, requests for government services, obtaining appropriate licenses and proper clearance for projects, etc.
• Periodically review the supply lists and office needs (reception, mailroom, accommodation, kitchen, etc.) for cost efficiency and quality
• Ensure that employee records for are up-to-date and filed in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
• Oversee the preparation of personal action forms (PAF) and leave application forms.
• Manage hotel and flight reservations for employees according to employee entitlement (business trip, annual leave, etc.)
• Oversee time and attendance reports for employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Review budgets throughout the year in light of actual performance and changes to business environment.
• Develop annual budget for Department and ensure objectives are met.
• Manage, develop, and provide feedback to direct reports and to Department staff.
• Motivate Department employees and empower them to perform their roles and to uphold the culture and corporate values.
• Ensure compliance with Department policies and procedures.
• Monitor Departments performance against relevant established KPIs
• Prepare monthly performance report for Department.
