Created a gap assessment template and prioritization matrix to assess the outsourcing and in-house
services within the Facility Management subsidiary
Developed Marketing and Sales Workflows
Developed raw concepts and napkin pitches by utilizing a design thinking methodology to meet the
current customer needs and advance the asset

Associated with RSM network the 6th largest network of independent audit, tax and consulting firms, encompassing over
120 countries and in each of the top 40 major business centres throughout the world.
Developed Sustainability Reports following established global reporting initiatives (GRI, UNSDG, SASB)

Developed Sustainability Data Management Platform.
