• Ensure performance is delivered to quality, time, compliance and contractual requirements.
• Collaborates with all levels of staff to provide them an internal resource for driving improvement that enhance quality systems and mitigate risk on customers.
• Facilitates teams as assigned by the Quality supervisor.
• Works closely with the team leaders to “move the dot” for improvement.
• Provides analytics to support team efforts for improvement.
• Responsible for improving data quality and for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analysing data using different statistical tools like Microsoft Excel and CRM reports
• Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports and other records, using statistical procedures to establish project milestones.
• Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance, regulations, and management policies.
• Creating and auditing the financial KPIs in system, reports and funders invoices
• Verify the validity of system data.
• Supervise the data accuracy on CRM entries from seven different teams across the kingdom
• Ensure compliance with company policies (including Safety and Data Security) so all teams operate in a way that protects customers and colleagues at all times.
• Accountable for implementing and delivering recruitment strategies / action plans along with a full range of professional recruitment services.
• Career adviser/personal adviser provides information, advice and guidance to help people make realistic choices about education, training and work.
• Interviewing clients one to one or in small groups.
• Identifying their needs through using different assessment tools.
• Researching careers, options and support organizations to meet young people’s needs.
• Running small group sessions or larger presentations on all aspects of careers work and topics related to personal development.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking and Internet recruiting resources.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
• Contacting Job seekers after hiring them to ensure their suitability.
Receiving a request for quotation (RFQ) from clients (Ex. Aramco- SABIC) and finding the appropriate supplier to quote with best competitive prices and deliveries terms.
Receiving the Purchase Order (PO) from clients and expediting the delivery of the required materials from the suppliers.
Arrange a log for all RFQs and Pos and communicate between clients and suppliers.
Preparing lists of all received RFQ`s and PO`s to indicate the status of each one
. Tracking incoming shipments and solving the related issues by coordinates with the suppliers and the clients
Responsible person of the validity of the legalized documents and follow up with the customs.
Prepare various reports as required by the clients regarding to the status of their shipments from time to time.
