Ensured high-quality translation and localization of Expo 2020 Dubai’s official website and publication materials from Arabic to English and vice versa, while revising work of other translators in both Arabic and English. Handled translation requests from the Office of Bureau Expo 2020 Director General, including speeches and formal letters. Became part of the Arabic editorial team, where I was tasked with proofreading and editing stories delivered by reporters, as well as interviews to be shared with the media.
Translated and localized the Bureau’s official website and various publication materials from Arabic to English and vice versa. Supervised both English and Arabic editorial teams at world-class events and closely coordinated with editors to ensure updates and changes were correctly applied in both linguistic and demographic contexts.
Translated various articles originally published in international newspapers, magazines and the website from English to Arabic for publication in Al Bayan.

Translated local news reports from Arabic into English for publication in the English-language daily, The Gulf Today. Revised and corrected translations done by other translators. Kept a copy of translated material for reference when needed.

I graduated with a GPA of 4/4, ranking first at the level of the university. I managed to experience different types of translation, including financial, legal and literary, as a student and my translation project, where I produced an English copy of an Arabic fiction book, received a full mark.
