Within the Economy Team in DFID project, I’m responsible for the implementation of Economic development and improving the economy of Jordan, by an awareness campaign named Ma’assal aimed to promote community support to local businesses affected by the curfew.
- Reach and engage local businesses within campaign activities, provide creative and effective ideas, document all program activities, achievements and challenges in the submitted weekly reports to the supervisor.
- Prepare and coordinate all in-advance required work and documents that support and facilitate campaign activities implementation, develop a mechanism to track the progress of campaign activities and local businesses engagement.
- Follow up process with all departments and parties, coordinate visits to ensure campaign visibility activities, update local engaged businesses, get feedback, suggestions and provide needed support.
- Follow up with all company projects, trainings implementation and logistics.
- Improve the project process, tracks project changes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure project aligns with set strategy and budget, Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements.
- Organize and plan meetings, Administer Social media and Promotion campaigns.
- Administer and follow up with the main administrative company activities.
- Business development/sales tasks occasionally.
- Design Thinking Coach
- Handles inbound, outbound calls and online chat.
- Respond to customer’s calls to take their orders, questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints.
- Set appointments and gather survey data.
- Social media at the special occasion and campaigns.
- University training at Transformation Task Force Department.
- Follow up with departments, Quality, Testing and Reporting.
