Processing documents and databases
• Contribute to the development and refinement of company’s vision and strategy.
• Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability and shareholder returns.
• Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans.
• Competitors and market analysis.

• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Sustain good relation with MOC personnel.
• Construct, modify and review legal documents (Contract Administration).
• Site acquisition.
Telephone Sales and advertisement about the Company products, services and training courses.
Corporate sales for large organizations and institutions.
New customers’ orientation.
Customer management and Exam Scheduling IC3 and Prometric exams.
Customer’s certification issuance.
ICT focuses on the intersection of technology, people who use that technology, policies and regulations that govern use of that technology, and communities or environments in which that technology is used.
