- Support the company’s business strategy
- Reviewing the company’s logistics performance with customers in line with laid down targets and agreements
- Look at business plans, cost management, human resource allocation and risk analysis to offer logistics plans to the
client’s requirements.
- Develop and oversee the strategic outsourcing strategy and plans.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for specific projects and clients Develop a tender and bid management strategy to meet your business goals
- Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive tenders; from reviewing the Contract and client amendments, to ensuring that the best commercially viable bid is submitted in line with fully understanding contractual obligations.
- Works hand-in-hand with various departments within an organization so as to effectively meet the requirements of clients
