-Identify customer deposit, credit, mortgage, saving and small business banking needs - Identify customer needs and offer the best solution based on proper company's policies -Execute the core standards for successful behavior and processes related to consumer and small businesses clients, including building customer relationships and problem resolutions -Create a value-added experience for customers that leads to improved satisfaction and sales -Open accounts, present advice, recommendations and offers that tie to customer needs
-Handling all types of safety and security on board -Offering on board services -Administer first aid to passengers in distress. -Maintaining good relationship with passengers -Inspect passenger tickets to verify information and to obtain destination information
-Perform Daily Transactions Entry and Journal Vouchers.
