Administrative Officer:
 Processing of the company legalities new and renewal (including Licenses, Insurances and Government requirements)
 Document Control on Licenses, Tenancy Contract, Facility Insurances
 ISO 1400, 1900 and OHSAS Compliance
 Maintain highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
 Perform daily administrative and office support and arrange timely payments
 Support in all external and internal Admin related queries
 Managing complaints and safety at the workplace
 Company meeting and event organizer
 Answering and Redirecting phone calls and emails
Human Resource Assistant:
 Manpower Recruitment and onboarding
 Developing and ensuring of compliance in the organization rules and regulations.
 Management and maintenance of HR files and resources
 Employees benefits/ entitlement, training and welfare
 Coordination with Finance Department on Payroll and attendance
 Record keeping of Employees 201 file (both soft copy and hard copy)
 Disciplinary action, counseling and retention of employees
 Overseeing termination, resignation and conducting exit procedure in both local and Jafza Free zone visa
 Organizing Employees training (internal & external )
 Support in all external and internal HR related queries
