Projects and Campaigns Management:
▪Oversee and create 360 plans to promote marketing campaigns and successfully launch new products & leads generation campaigns
▪Ensure that marketing projects and programs are executed effectively and efficiently in liaison with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
▪Create engaging and effective strategies that nudge customers up towards the next savings stage
▪Analyze customer behavior and preferences, using data-driven insights to tailor-make retention, engagement and fun generation programs that meet their specific needs
▪Manage customers' communication hygiene project through different channels (e.g. marketing collaterals, including SMS, emails, leaflets, website, CRM communication, transactional communication, sales script, etc.)
▪Handle persona and behavior-based customer segmentation & communication (newsletters, new programs launch as well as campaign-related communication)
▪Manage winners' amplification program such as testimonial campaigns, savers successful stories & winners announcement initiatives
▪Tailor-make marketing campaigns to bring back & engage with lapsed customers
▪Handle CRM related projects such as CRM capabilities, customer profiling and system enhancement projects
▪Develop customer purchase journeys on mobile app for various campaigns & programs
▪Manage Corporate Solutions project within the Marketing department (full year penetration plan, company-based plans & incentive programs, customer communication, events preparation, presentations & marketing materials creation)
▪Develop a slab-based prizes programs for the customers
▪Initiate surveys related to customer's psychology & savings behavior Reporting:
▪Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics (projects dashboard, objectives & KPIs, sales team feedback & customers' insights)
▪Analyze activities, sales & leads reports and continuously enhance the marketing strategy and customers' communication
▪Continuously enhance the methodology of reporting based on assessment & learning approach
▪Analyze & review post campaigns' reports, then apply stop, enhance, continue approach for the upcoming campaigns and projects
Being one of PwC's Team, the main role was providing professional Accounting and Administration services to clients in different industries such as Healthcare and Education sectors, including but not limited to the following projects/clients: Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners - Supreme Council of Health: The main objective of the project was leading the registration department in achieving 5.2 project of National Health Strategy, in addition to the following:
▪Share our PwC competent experience with the client's staff
▪Establish and standardize internal/external Policies and Procedures' manuals for the registration department's and its customers' use
▪Detect the Registration Department's weaknesses, make recommendations and discuss the suggested solutions with the management accordingly
▪Being appointed as the registration department's focal point to manage all inquiries and complaints received from public
▪Prepare quarterly complaint reports to the Senior Manager Supreme Education Council:
▪Make recommendations as well as reports on the Finance Department systems
▪Establish policies and procedures manuals
