I have an everyday assigned works, to update the maintenance request by tenant or client, assist to the tenant request, follow up the pending works, raised the purchase request using oracle, update the pending balance of tenant or pending invoice. And for end of the month i preparing the sales invoice for the tenant, log to the maintenance log all the request, sending all the reports to the assigned manager, consolidate the revenue reports of three(3) buildings.
