Privately-owned FSC certified forestry property business situated in mid-Sweden.
- Overall responsible for the development of the property in accordance with long-term business goals.
- Responsible for budget planning, accounting, tax planning and the main contact with financial institutes.
- Responsible for negotiations in regards to deforestations.
- Responsible for updating the forestry business plan and setting company strategies.
Position highlights:
- Since entering as an owner, I have managed to expand the property from 300 archers to today 750.
- Made sure the two forest properties got FSC certifications (Forest Stewardship Counsil) and thereby not only securing better lumber prices but also gain access to new markets through world-wide supply chains.
- Worked to translate the physical forest plan to be translated into an electronic one. This work was done to better be able to plan for future deforestations, better predict necessary work on the properties as well as provide a clear overview of the properties.
- Responsible for the development, implementation and launch plans of new digital ecosystem initiated by DTCM and DWTC in order to achieve the Dubai Vision of reaching 20 million tourists by 2020.
- Responsible for third-party integrations in line with Dubai Smart Government initiates and privately owned companies - all to achieve a seamless UX experience for the tourists.
- Responsible for the development, implementation and launch plans for the “on-the-ground” mobile application originating from the tailor-made CMS platform.
- Responsible for the development of the digital budget and assuring digital company objectives are meet.
- Responsible for planning, prioritising, organising and monitoring activities, tools and resources internally and towards agency assuring project deadline are meet and delivered accordingly. Platform launch: June/July 2014
- Responsible to secure the b2b & b2c online platforms are perceived as professional, attractive and modern in compliance with group goals and create/enhance the online brand experience.
- Support and work closely with countries to implement marketing activities and secure the development of creative.
- Overall responsible to develop long-term online marketing plans and strategies.
- Responsible for activities within department/unit and that they meet goals in terms of quality, time plan, cost and income and for reporting deviations.
- Responsible for planning, prioritising, organising and monitoring activities, tools and resources within the department/unit.
- As matrix manager responsible for controlling, supporting and optimizing the matrix. Initiate, develop and hand-over functional guides and rules.
- As line manager responsible for securing that needed resources are in place. Coaching, directing and empowering co-workers in order for them to reach agreed goals
Position highlights:
- Planned, developed and implemented new corporate Content Management System where I was responsible for the branding, design, set-up (+basic html coding) and implementation of two CMS platforms (b2b and b2c) including the creation of 32 websites.
- Planned, developed/designed and implemented new Picture Toolbox for the group with the intention to share imaginary assets globally but also to control domestic/international copyright issues. System built to also share Best Practice across IICG Marketing departments.
- Planned and developed the first Mobile App. (pilot project) supporting Android and iPhone. When launched, planned to be implemented across all IICG shopping centres internationally.
- Implemented Google Analytics for all websites (b2b and b2c) as well as determined the KPI´s of the Group. Once completed, SEO and later PPC (b2c), was implemented.
- Initiated social media approach for the centres and worked as a supervisor for local teams.

- Responsible for leading the development of corporate print materials and country/local leasing brochures.
- To be the supportive marketing contact for the countries and assist them in their local activities.
- Responsible for the group’s trade show activities; from stand design to physical execution.
- Responsible for updates on the website and its functionality.
Position highlights:
- Designed and implementing new Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) for the Group. After launch, responsible for the documentation, usage and adaptation of it.
- Responsible for IICG´s participation in MAPIC (largest retail trade show in the world) incl. stand design, logistic management, meeting coordination, promotion materials, advertising.
- Maintaining the corporate websites (at that point; 12 sites), conducting cross-border benchmarks of various KPI´s, problem-solving support towards all countries.
