• Co-ordinating with companies & operators for presenting & promoting new content.

• Upload content information on the MIS (Media Information System) to be able to analyse reports which determine the hits on each service for each provider.
• Handle and prepare contracts and deals with all our partners, clients & third parties concerning all types of services (IVR, SMS, MMS & WAP).
• Responsible for coordinating between partners & clients to open or close shortcodes & to be sure that the connectivity has been done successfully.
• Preparing services flow chart - script voice recording and editing
• Preparing services content
• Keep track of updating the services
• Testing to guarantee services quality
