• Perform various types of testing.
• Provide client's training and support.
• Keep track of testing results, bugs and updates using Team Foundation Server.
• Create test cases, checklists and required test data for demos.
• Perform all testing procedures and quality assurance processes based on the company's policies and CMMI standards.
• Continuous communication of product vision and priorities to the development team.
• Constantly re-prioritize the Product Backlog, adjusting any long-term expectations such as release plans.

• Decide whether the product is ready to be released to the customer.
• Create the stories from the requirement specification.
• Estimate the size and time of stories.
• Manage and assign the stories to the developer.
• Monitor the progress of the project.
• Conduct static testing (verification of business need, verify documented requirements, verify system requirement specification).
• Conduct dynamic testing (validate constructed build and do unit testing, do integration testing and validate compliance with design, do system testing and validated compliance with requirements, conduct UAT to validate compliance with business need).
• Create test cases and scenarios using techniques such as unit test cases, integration test cases, system test cases and user acceptance test cases.
• Conduct functional testing (functional, smoke, sanity, regression testing).
• Carry out non-functional testing (usability, UI, performance, security, compatibility, recovery testing).
* Produce user guides, guidelines, and training materials for desktop, mobile, and web enabled applications, in Arabic and English.
* Update already existing guides and guidelines.
* Apply standard templates to documents.
* Check products' language by tracking and listing incorrect labels, messages, and instructions, and suggest corrections.
* Translate statements, documents, and HR announcements from English to Arabic and vice versa.
* Proofread guides to track incorrect statements, alert messages, instructions, and spelling mistakes, and suggest corrections.
* Check client's comments and inquiries on delivered documentation.
* Work with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and document project-related information.
* Test products' cycles and workflows, write clear descriptive bugs, communicate them correctly by clarifying steps
to reproduce them, and track bug fixing.
* Vocalize storyboards and narrations.
* Develop and implement link building strategy.
* Recommend changes to website’s architecture, content, linking.
* Build the most effective high quality links possible from relevant external sites.
* Track performance of keywords, rankings, and traffic.
* Choose appropriate, attractive, suitable, pixel perfect, and high resolution images for the website.
* Identify any changes in traffic rankings and investigate the reasons.
* Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords.
* Place keywords appropriately in website’s content to gain most search engine traffic.
* Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance using Alexa tool.
* Help to create effective, original, powerful, and marketing content for use on website, blogs, and forums,
and for the support of social media programs.
