▪ Handles all material requests and requirements from Store person or respective user.
▪ Seek and associates with reliable suppliers and dealers.
▪ Forward Requisition form to particular suppliers and negotiates prices as per comparison.
▪ Prepares and issues Purchasing Order to the supplier once finalized & confirmed.
▪ Receives Invoices and Delivery Notes from suppliers upon delivery.
▪ Keeping track of all the requests, orders and payments as well as the complete files.
Main responsibilities:
▪ Handles booking requests, complaints and enquiries to meet clients’ demands and requirements.
▪ Attends to special needs and urgent requests from VIP guests and key clients in a timely manner.
▪ Make arrangements to clients from visa processing, preferred hotel accommodation and transfer services.
▪ Prepares rooming list and arrivals of each reservation. Issue confirmation number and cancellations.
▪ Communicating effectively to suppliers / hoteliers and maintaining healthy relationship to key clients.
▪ Sells quality-service products and tailor-made holiday packages to end consumers with high service standard.
Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
▪ Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
▪ Responds and answer to telephone calls and proper mail handling procedures.
▪ Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and
procedures.
▪ Knows all safety and emergency procedures, Is aware of accident prevention policies.
▪ Must be sales-minded. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making
choices.
▪ Visit potential customers for new business.
▪ Provide customers with quotations and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
▪ Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Main responsibilities:
▪ Keep records of calls placed and received, and of related toll charges.
▪ Monitor automated systems for placing collect calls and intervene for callers needing assistance.
▪ Update directory information and do clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail.
▪ Calculate and quote charges for services such as long-distance connections.
▪ Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational
destinations.
▪ Receive, store, deliver luggage and mail, or run errands for guests.
▪ Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
▪ Provide customers with quotations and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
▪ Organizes sales visit to potential customers for new business.
▪ Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
▪ Maintaining accurate records and reviewing sales performance.
▪ Establishing new business and negotiating contracts.
