My current position have 3 main roles
Admin to our database
• Reporting issues/problems and make sure they are solved
• Manage users, access.
• Maintain and update the customer database offline (backup)
• Generate reports as required.
Administration
• HR
• LMRA and GOSI
• Bills
• Supplies
• Attendance
• HR/Staff affairs/Recruitment
• booking appointments
• arranging for meetings (visa, hotel, transport)
• travel arrangements
• Solve any problem in the office (internet, phone lines, visas….)
Events
• Maintain/update database for vendors for multiple countries
• Getting quotations (shell scheme, printing, it rental, photography, branding, awards …etc.)
• Event venue selection (research options, request quotations, get answer, negotiate offer)
• Permits application
• events registration
• event feedback reports

Operations coordinator في NIIT

• Preparing weekly attendance reports
• Issuing warning to trainees
• Conducting induction to new trainees
• Responsible for all trainees affairs, including:
o Monitoring the student attendance, make weekly reports.
o Dealing with their problems and solve them
o Give trainees permission and medical leaves
o Welcome new trainees and introduce them to their programs and to the institute.
o Work with trainers to do the OJT booklet.
o Many more tasks.
o Receiving sick leave notes
• Prepare and coordinate for visits from companies, ministries and Tamkeen.
• Issue memos.
• Make sure all groups have trainers with them.
• Prepare monthly attendance reports for part-time trainers.
• Responsible for the short course
o Preparing stationary and classroom
o Contact the trainees and the companies
o Ordering the snack and drinks
o Preparing the attendance records
o Updating the calendar
o Class reservation

• Communicate companies to:
o arrange for the trainees to start attending the company
o get the trainees attendance
o get feedback on trainees
o solve any problem the company have with the trainees.
• Make monthly reports on the trainee’s attendance for Tamkeen.
• Send the trainees monthly attendance reports for the ministry of labour.
• Support the accountant in preparing the trainees salaries (checking the calculation and the attendance, plus give the trainees their salaries)
• Responsible for updating the institute Facebook page
