Managing individual staff rights and entitlements, including salaries and allowances









Managing and supporting procedures related to staff working conditions with
deferent departments within Amman office, Azraq Regugee Camp and Emirati
Jordanian Camp, time management, leave and absences.
Supporting the integration process of staff by providing advice and information on
relevant matters.
Recruitment and Selection.
Managing investigation between employees and volunteers based on Human
Recourses internal policy.
Fields Visits to the Camps (Azraq, EJC and Zaatari)
