As an HR Manager, I act as the sparring partner of the Managing Directors,
reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
• Implementation of an HR information system (HRIS) supporting and facilitating
automation of processes and data.
• Design, implement and monitor Performance Management to establish an effective
evaluation and measurement of individual and team performance to optimize
productivity.
• Management of the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process.
• Supporting and advising the Management Team and staff, ensuring that all
processes and actions support continuity of the business.
• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and
evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
• Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
• Identifies and monitors the organization’s culture so that it supports the
attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with company’s guidelines and local labor law.
• Compilation and updating of employee records and documentation of HR files.

I wrote my thesis about the differences between generations within AB InBev and advised how AB InBev can adjust their HR tools accordingly.

Responsibilities: Monitoring and analysing staff turnover, absenteeism and leave management and having a monthly meeting with the team leaders about how to reduce these numbers. After a couple of months of internship I was offered the opportunity to work as an HR Assistant.
