Projects: Khaadi Stores - (Retail & Wholesale)
•Liaising with the stakeholders about project, expectations, goals, budgeting & allocating funds.
•Developing master schedule & integrating project tracking solutions with the planning tools (P6 & MS Project).
•Monitoring and tracking construction schedules; identifying delays, areas of concern and propose corrective actions to the Planning & Section managers.
•Strong collaboration & communication with the stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects on-time & on-budget.
•Preparing & presenting project reports/ presentations to the Managers/ CEO.
•Close liaison with the Legal, Finance, Customer Experience and Procurement Departments for effective collaboration & mitigating delays.
•Managing & tracking Optimization Stores, starting from layouts signoff, approving capex, timely execution, rectification, and final handover to the Retail Team.
Projects: Lucky Textile Mills Limited, Agha Steel Industries (Industrial)
•Understanding project specifications and developing projects schedules covering the entire scope.
•Developing master schedule in accord with the project requirements; fully conversant with planning software - Primavera & MS Project.
•Updating, Monitoring & tracking project progress with the baseline schedules & highlighting milestones/critical activities.
•Preparing plate bearing test (PLT) reports, contract documents for various construction works
•Maintaining department's Document Management System including drawings/ delay logs, variations orders, procurements log, etc.
Project: Falcon Shopping Mall - (Commercial)
•Verifying and approving payment certificates and financial invoices as per contractual terms and conditions.
•Managing claims & variations orders and assisting client in dispute resolution.
•Liaising with stakeholders and support Management decisions by providing appropriate cost information and data.
•Working with stakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate and to make appropriate adjustments and resolve issues.
•Supporting supplier meetings and negotiations to challenge quotation prices and aim for cost reductions to meet target cost.
•Managing contracts and procurement of long lead items.
Project: Astola - Manufacturing Complex (Pharmaceutical)
•Ensuring compliance with contract procedures and support project execution procedures.
•Responsible for internal reporting of all contractual and commercial issues.
•Prepare and collate contract documentation and ensure submission to the client in advance of the works.
•Evaluating technical & commercial bid proposals.
•Actively taking part in negotiation with the vendors/ suppliers.
•Managing and tracking procurement of supply goods. (MEP, Civil, Finishing)
Projects: Health Care & Medical Facility (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), PET CT scan & Cyclotron, Cytotoxic Pharmacy, 3TierPool, Shifting of 315 Ton Emergency Chiller, 2 MVA Substation, Oxygen Tank and HIMS Radiology.
•Assist in coordination, planning, monitoring & updating work schedules.
•Issuing notifications for work commencement, infection, and safety control work permits.
