1. Single point of contact for communication department (including all activities)
2. Data management (including data entry, daily audit, software database maintenance)
3. Full project life cycle ownership: full implementation from initiation to deployment for one
major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
4. Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall workflow is aligned to
and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
5. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating
teamwork, innovation and excellence
6. Coordinate feasibility studies and project development activities with cross functional
resources, peers and outside consultants to ensure projects stay on track
7. Research and identify new market opportunities
8. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and
issues, communicating across leadership
9. Act as an internal quality control check for the projects by breaking them into doable
actions and setting timeframes
10. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
11. Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies,
methods and best practices
12. Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these
capabilities for the organization
13. Preparing presentations and setting meetings
14. Introducing new services/product developments to prospective clients
15. Participate in planning, coordinating and executing Brokers XP events
16. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
17. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
18. Provide project management expertise working with internal team members to manage
continuous process improvements, issue escalation, workload projections and provide
technical expertise
19. Continuously look for opportunities to improve service; work with team to develop and
implement plan to reorganize and drive change across multiple projects with minimal
support
20. Ensuring all data complies with legal regulations
21. Improve the effectiveness of the database tools, procedures and services
22. Manage and monitor company’s databases software
23. Ensure enterprise data is accurate, consistent, reliable and protected
24. Develop monthly reports and presentation based on business requirements to provide
insights to the operations manager and upper management
25. Process data entry functions (contacts, leads, activities) and audit all functions using BXP
Software
26. Masterkey maintenance, monitoring and management
