• Servicing clients ranging from Oil and Gas to NGOs and Real Estate to ensure that all their HR requirements were met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Worked as a Process expert interacting with the client to determine the gaps in the HR processes, creating process maps and re-aligning the current HR processes of the clients and provide enhancements to the various processes such as Recruitment, On-boarding, Payroll, Discipline Management, Performance Management Exit Management

• Conduct the orientation program to ensure that the employee is aware of the corporate culture, Company Policies and HR policies and procedures.
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders to induct the employee to the work environment, assigning work buddies and follow up with the New Joinee post the joining day to ensure that they are settled in.
• Co-ordinate with clients and Exchange houses to ensure that payroll is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare the Performance Evaluation Forms, provide training to the employees/Managers on how to use the performance evaluation forms, coordinate with the Managers to determine the salary increments.
