1. Handle all correspondences between us & our clients.
2. Receive and Respond to RFQ (Request for Quotation).
3. Prepare & Establish quotations (domestic and international Customer).
4. Acknowledge receiving the customer PO’s.
5. Negotiate prices and establish contracts with Customers
6. Receive, Evaluate, Execute & follow up on tenders received by the firm.
7. Evaluate quotations received from Suppliers (prices offered, delivery schedule presented & payment term provided)
8. Implement a regular general cost and market analysis for our supplied products to help in our pricing methods
9. Cooperate in setting the products pricing in accordance to the product terms (product cost+ freight cost+ Profit or margin).
10. Manage, prepare, Revise, Edit all shipping documents (shipping invoice, Packing list, B/L, certificate of chamber of Commerce, COO, COA, SGS certificate, export permission….etc) in accordance to each country customs & regulations rules.
11. Communicate with the freight forwarding agencies in the deliveries and shipments to assure an effective follow up in getting an accurate data of delivery for reporting it to the clients.
12. Assure that all deliveries reached the customer and obtain the proof of delivery (delivery ticket).
13. Send instructions to Issue outgoing invoices (customer invoices) to the financial Dept and transmit a regular report to the collection department for the due invoices.
14. Conduct meetings, prepare, present reports, establish business plans, performance objectives and report performance against plan and business objectives.
15. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
16. Maintain electronic filing and record-keeping systems for the operation.
