• Setup performance management system starting with setting department objectives scrolling down from group objectives

• Create and develop the job description for all the positions within the Group

• Manage the group manpower and headcount along with recruitment processes within the group through transfers and promotions or hiring from outside the Group

• Responsible for organization and departmental restructure as required

• Key user on system implementation (Menaitech) through designing policies and processes during blue print stage

• Collect and analyze employees data to find gaps and reasons, then develop an action plan to solve them

• Enhance employee engagement in the group by ensuring that all organization events are implemented as per the set plan with the same quality in all branches

• Launching employee motivation program across functions

• Manage all the internal communication with the employees such as (information - update - News) through all platform used by the organization (Email / WhatsApp ... or any other platform) to ensure the consistency of format and message

•Edit and post all positions to resourcing websites and companies accurately as the same job role and the specified qualifications of successful candidates and agree time frame(s) with proper approval channels to ensure effective filling of needed positions.

• Conduct the HR interviews with new candidates either by phone or face to face and make a shortlist to the HR manager

• Communicate hiring decisions to finalists and coordinate sending the offer letters/contracts approved by the HR manager to help candidates arrange for actual joining.

• Communicate rejection of hiring to those who didn't make the shortlist by sending official emails to manage the database of potential candidates for future roles.

• Prepare onboarding process of new employees by providing all needed information to obtain the necessary documentation required for their joining and providing the tools and resources required for settling in to ensure the effective start of their new role enhance their productivity.

• Manage the administration of the company's health insurance policy by maintaining the database of members in terms of add-one, cancellations, and upgrades to ensure compliance with the law and company policy for coverage of all employees and their dependents.

• Prepare the induction of selected employees to the company by preparing a schedule for the employee to be introduced to different company departments, then represent the HR department and their functions, ensuring their orientation and all facilities required to start their jobs effectively.

• Execute the induction presentation for the new candidates by presenting the HR essential information and Shahini values and key information areas about the company to ensure a good understanding of the work environment.
