• Drive hotel’s channels performance by managing online channels, optimising content and integrating to IHG tools and OTA.
• Research, analyse Internet sales, engage market trends, employ strategies to enhance appearance.
• Bring up new ideas and hire successful trends to develop provided serves & create a unique clients experience.
• Classifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase traffic, monitoring the online presence as well as rate position of immediate competitors.
• Report Online and offline presence of the property as well as measuring ROI.
• Marketing Events, Press conference planning and organising.
• Review internal and external collaterals to making sure to comply with brand standards.
• Assure execution of IHG campaigns correctly and effectively
• Plan and track loyalty program matrices to achieve target of new enrollments
