Assist in resolving all matters related to the Personnel Section Have custody of the Personnel Files and relevant official documents. Under the direction of the Senior HR Officer, process all the various transactions relating to the Personnel Files from recruitment through to termination of services and transferring the files to history.
•Keep custody of employees Personnel Files and related official documents, maintaining strict confidentiality.
•Type and prepare Administration Orders and other correspondence related to personnel transactions.
•Prepare Dues Statements required for leaves, accommodation, resignations and termination of services, all under the direction of the Senior HR Officer.
•Assist in printing and checking the monthly time cards before dispatching to the appropriate destinations. Check time cards received from sites, calculating the total days worked.
•Check time sheets of office employees. Prepare and distribute monthly bank salary notifications.
•File all incoming documents relating to personnel transactions and keep the files up to date.
•Keep custody of passports, labour cards and driving licenses, making sure that the release of these items are strictly subject to the approval of the Head of Departments
•Provide the typists will all necessary information required to complete their work and assist to open Bank Account for the new staff.
Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publication and presentations.
•Maintain President calendar.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
•Keeping records up to date.
•Preparing court forms.
•Performing legal research.
• Making appointments with clients.
• Provide support for the lawyers and consultants in preparing, revising and finalizing legal documents
•Properly format and implement styles of legal documents
•Take ownership for the success of the firm-wide administrative functions by effectively communicating with and providing back up support to all administrative staff, as needed
•Manage calendars, including scheduling/arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, and sending invitations and reminders when needed
Provide general confidential secretarial service to Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Senior Administrative Officer and other staff, to include word processing, correspondence, reports, references, mail, diaries, appointments and meetings, maintain general and confidential filing systems, provide hospitality as required.

•Assisting staff and administrators in daily tasks.
