1- Connect between the client and all the company department.
2-Getting all the data from the client about his structure and covert it to a project and send it to estimate department to give me an approximate tonnage for the project.
3-Calculate the price and prepare an offer which includes the buildings description, specification, delivery period, price and the payment terms.
4-Follow up all the stages of the project (design, detailing, fabrication, shipping and finally erection) and communicate with all the company departments till handing it to the client.
5-Preparing monthly reports for the order intake, fabrication load and shipping.
1-Structural design of Villas - Swan Lake Compound - finalizing all necessary structural drawings.
2- Areej Resort - El Ain El Sokhna - (Water Treatment Plant - Suspended Swimming Pool - Indoor Swimming Pool).
3- Structural review works precedent to the retrofitting process of the Elephantine Island Hotel - Aswan - for the Arabian Construction Company (ACC).
