I have worked for Apple through an agent called IML for the past seven months and have gained valuable knowledge and experience in my position.
As an iPad Solutions Consultant, I handle everything from stock counts, to providing customers with any information they require, to fixing almost any problem consumers may have with their iPad, iPhone, or Mac.
❸ Responsible for meeting daily quotas, monthly hours and event organization under no supervision.
❸ Required to fill out daily online reports and fill/file physical stock quantity reports.

❸ Personally dependable to escort and check in VIP delegate from the airport to the Etihad Towers hotel.
❸ Printed and prepared name badges for delegates and provided them with a sufficient amount of information at the registration desk.
❸ Part of the coordinating staff for the annual world route exhibition.
❸ Arranging meetings between airport, airlines and other company delegation.
❸ Distributing diary planners to airport and airline representatives.
❸ Assisting guests with all other general enquiries regarding details of the summit as a whole.
❸ Ensured all subordinates were well equipping with information regarding the event and able to assist guests any enquiries.
❸ Scheduled appropriate alternating break-timings and positions for staff, while overseeing their performance and punctuality.
❸ Was appointed with any requests or issues in the grandstand that subsidiary staff was unable to control.
❸ Managed the promotion for a new product launch, alongside a new contract offer by Nokia in association with Du.
❸ Trained other staff, and assisted in organizing a customer service training seminar.
❸ Dealt with many other customer enquiries, in both English and Arabic unrelated to the promotion and directed customers to the right CSR for their specific needs.
I am currently enrolled in my fourth year at Abu Dhabi University majoring in BA in marketing with a current GPA of 3.1. I was awarded a certificate of excellence and a personally addressed letter by the dean of Abu Dhabi University for achieving exceptional grades that placed me on the honor roll.
