Managing the delinquent parts Project Recovery at the Supplier’s Plant, working directly with on floor
supervisors and top Management from both sides, reporting to Supply Chain Director and Operations
Director.
* Audit supplier’s Procurement operation process in the plant, examine whether the objectives are understood
and reflected in their Management activities to meet with our requirements
* Created and executed (Requests for Information) FRI’s, (Request for Proposal) RFP’s
* Liaison with other departments, particularly the Procurement, Supply Chain, manufacturing and stocks.
* Middle point between the Supplier and all four Plants/ business units in different locations, to review their
production priorities, and delinquencies to improve shipments timelines.
* Monitor planning and time management process of the supplier for the delinquent part, how it's being
prioritized, and the steps taken to solve the issue.
* Monitor procurement and production process and suggest new processes to accelerate and increase production
lines efficiencies, including issuing of PO’s, push out or pull in per need and issuing quotes.
* Managing SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) that was in place and managing any Master Agreements between
the suppliers and the company.
* Navigate and expedite the production and inspection of the parts at the supplier and ensure that sufficient
information is being reported back to Bombardier.
* Handle Engineering requests for non-conformance reports, investigate the reason and provide reports.
* Accelerate pending correspondences between the third party and Bombardier and expedite the response time.
* Report daily to all business unites with information regarding their parts status & expected delivery dates
* Prepare weekly report on audit findings in the Purchasing and Production process to Senior Management;
recommend changes in operation to improve delivery timelines.
* Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it
* Review Inventories and order as required. Cutting on cost and maintaining budget.
* Buyer and Material planner using SAP, and per the SAE program, I managed to maintain great performance
on my KPI’s by always passing my target for the late PO’s and shortages.
* Daily communication to manage purchase orders and with Global Suppliers in France, UK, China and USA

Organized and executed major events and workshops and reports to Deputy Executive Director and CFO,
handled schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, e-mails and correspondences.
* Negotiated terms of payment and reconciled outstanding accounts, ensuring the enforcement of late payment
fees, thereby reducing account receivables.

* Execute stock exchange operations (buying and selling) for accounts on daily basis and update clients on
market value through our analysis, stock news and Bloomberg.
* Use technical analysis charts and other tools to identify patterns that can suggest future activities; hence,
increase client’s revenue, also providing an excellent customer service, which created a network of
connections which acquired new clients, and helped increase revenue and exceeded daily target.
