• Systematic office management and document control. Independent correspondence with various departments/divisions of the company and consultants.
• Preparation and submission of prequalification documents and tenders for KNPC, KOC, MEW etc
• Maintaining employee's personal files and updating employee records in personnel files & Focus on regular basis.
• Coordinate with department heads for weekly employee roaster, review & update Time Sheet, maintaining overtime records on weekly basis.
Assistance to team leaders to coordinate among team members.
• Responsible for all secretarial jobs and keeping schedule appointment for General Manager and Managers.
• Co-ordinating with Ministry of Health to obtain necessary licenses for import of Radiographic equipment and materials from Germany.

Finance Related Jobs:

• Preparation of monthly invoices to be submitted to clients and its follow up for payment collection.
• Salary and wages administration: Preparation of salary statements, distribution of salary to staff and accounting.
• Coordinating international purchase: placing purchase order/follow up for timely dispatch / documentation for clearance of cargo etc.
• Checking of purchase invoices and proper accounting.
• Checking of sub contractor’s invoices and passing for payments.
• Petty cash administration: Arranging petty cash for concerned staff and collecting invoices and accounting.
• Maintain staff leave records and other relevant data for leave salary payments, final settlement etc.

• Keeping Inventory control of equipment and consumables.


Other Jobs:

• Worked as coordinator for CSWIP course being conducted by The Welding Institute, U.K every three months. Job involves giving information to candidates, liaison with TWI, U.K and candidates, fees collection and remittance, conducting examination, collecting answer papers and forwarding to TWI, informing the candidates the results, arranging certificates etc.
