Hukoomi is the Qatar Government Portal, the official gateway to information about the State of Qatar. It connects you with government services, programs, events.
Through cooperation with government agencies and public service providers, a new Hukoomi has emerged to make online information more readily available at your finger tips. I.e. ICT (Information &Communication Technology) The portal hosts a number of important e-services, as well as government documents, service application forms and general information.
The Integrated e-Government Program (i-Gov) integrates all the services provided by the Government of Qatar’s various agencies into one unified system. It is a single portal for citizens, residents, visitors and businesspeople to access government information, interactions and transaction services.
I-Gov is an ambitious programmer, but it has already made tremendous advances. IctQATAR has brought the government together, increased the efficiency and transparency of the government, and improved services to users.
It provides the services like Renew of Health cards, Renew passport, Application for the Qatar University etc.
Responsibilities:
•Participated in the Requirements Gathering
•Participated in the configuring the requirements.
•Involved in customization of screens according to client requisite by Using Html & JSP.
•Involved in creating the Portlets and configured into Web Sphere Admin console.
•Working with the Cooperative portlets to communicate by using Inter-portlet communication.
•Working on creating the Preferences.
•Involved in code reviews and incorporating review comments.
•Creating the Events and render parameters.
•Working with the JSR286 portlets to communication by using the Events.
•Involved in providing the WSRP Portlets.
•Having knowledge in providing the Portlet services.

E-Oman is the web portal for Oman government which government provides e-services to citizens of Oman. It is the gateway to services and information from the government in the sultanate of Oman. Through our portal you will have access to services you can use electronically or you will find information about where and how to get other services, such as SMS services or forms you can download. This portal has been designed with you the user and your need in mind and navigating this portal is made easier based on your profile and needs.
The portal has been designed with the users' needs in mind. Navigating the portal, individuals can find information and services in user-centric packages integrating public services across different government agencies. The portal is hosted by the Information Technology Authority of Oman (ITA). ITA also owns all contents on this portal and has full intellectual property rights. If you want to copy and use any of the contents.

•Perform development and support roles for the project.
•Supporting in Developing Authentication filters and configuration.
•Create Portlet Preferences, Inter Portlet Communication in cooperative portlets.
•Created the render parameters for the different portlets.
•Configured Dynacache objects.

5. ScotchGard
Client : ScotchGard (Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company)
Environment : Portlet (168, 286), Java, Servlets, JSP.
ScotchGard is stain repellent and durable water repellent applied to fabric, furniture, and carpets to protect them from later stains. ScotchGard is the 3M (Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company) Brand product. ScotchGard protects 101 home products. ScotchGard is the brand protectors strengthen the value to the customer products. The portal gives the customer the whole range of products to which ScotchGard will protect. It has the catalog for the different range of ScotchGard products based on the different customer products like carpets, apparel, floor etc.
