• Schedule Crew trainings and Medical based on the client requirements and ensures that it is
obtained on time.
• Manages the development and implementation of Human Resources department, goals,
objectives, policies, priorities for each function and recommend for changes.
• Plans, organizes, and handle all the Human Resources Department's work plan; reviews and
evaluates work methods and procedures; meets with crews to identify and resolve problems.
• Conduct Exit Interviews.
• Should have strong awareness about Company Safety, Quality & Environmental Policies.
• Developed new process for employee evaluation which resulted in marked performance
improvements

• Streamlined recruitment process and project managed recruitment in multiple disciplines for
commencement of a new contract.
• Assisted and advised management and staff with recruitment of full-time personnel by compiling
and arranging advertisements, finalising contracts and appointment letters and advising all
candidates.
